1075 West Georgia Transformation

space

In collaboration with KingSett Capital, the "Ready Set Go" program was launched at Arthur Erickson Place, a classic architectural gem from 1965. This initiative allows tenants to move into fully equipped office spaces with ease. We took what was once a vacant floor and demised it into 6 units of varying sizes and layout. Each Suite features various environments, including meeting rooms, bookable private offices, quiet rooms, collaborative seating areas, and a state-of-the-art kitchen, addressing the key needs of the Return to Office (RTO) process.   At the same time we renovated and upgraded the base building lobby’s and bathrooms to fit into the modernized mid century modern aesthetic already appearing on the floor.

Nostalgia Modernized

Arthur Erickson Place showcases beautiful mid-century modern influences that we sought to enhance. Our goal was to juxtapose the powerful, monolithic structure with a softer mid-century aesthetic. We preserved key elements, such as cast-in-place aggregate concrete surfaces, polished concrete floors, and geometric ceiling structures, while introducing mid-century modern aesthetics in the furnishings and millwork.

Return to Work Trends

Recognizing the importance of communal spaces in the RTO era, we dedicated significant effort to creating a "gathering space and kitchen." Research indicates that many companies seek environments that foster culture and team unity.

KingSett Capital distinguishes itself as one of the few landlords providing fully furnished and professionally staged workplaces, reinforcing the trend of offices feeling more like homes. This strategy leaves a lasting impression on potential tenants, creating a unique and memorable space
